Holidays:

A minimum three-night stay is required for all holidays with a one-night non-refundable deposit.

Weekly Rates:

$225 plus electricity*

Monthly Rates:

One month – $525 plus electricity*

10% discount for TACO, Good Sam, AAA, AARP, active or retired military

​

*Electricity is charged at $0.16 per kilowatt – hour

Deposits:

Monthly rentals require a $100 deposit. Weekly rentals require a $50 deposit.

Daily rates are based on two people per RV site and require a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation.

​

Check-in | Check-out

Check-in is 12 pm, noon. Check-out is 11 am. Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am.

Late check-out is allowed without charge up to 1 pm with management approval. Check-outs after 1 pm are allowed, if requested, at $15 per two-hour increment.

Holidays:

A minimum stay of three nights, no discounts, and requires a two-night, nonrefundable deposit. Spring Break is a park holiday.

Extra Guest:

All rates based on two persons per site. Daily or Nightly … $4/person/day or night for guests 6 and older Monthly … $30/person/month

Cancellations and Refunds

• Monthly sites – require a 30-day cancellation notice. If notice is less than 30 days, your deposit will not be refunded, but you will have one year from notice to book another stay and apply your deposit.

• Weekly sites – require a 14-day cancellation notice. If notice is less than 14 days, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

• Daily sites – require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If notice is less than 48 hours, a $39 cancellation fee will apply.

• If a deposit is made with a credit card, a $5 processing charge will be deducted from your refund.
